Postage Rates & Returns Policy

POSTAGE

I only sell soaps to UK customers. This is because of the legal requirements for selling cosmetic products. All my soaps are certified by a chemist and meet the requirements for sale in the UK, but other countries have their own regulations which are different.

I offer Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd class postage options to ship my soaps. The estimated delivery timescale is 1-2 working days for 1st class and 3-5 working days for 2nd class, but this does depend on the postal service which may take longer at busy periods such as before Christmas. The cost for postage is based on Royal Mail small parcel rates.

If you live locally to me, there will be a free local delivery option and a pick-up option at checkout. (Depending on your payment method, you may need to click on delivery options to expand the menu before you can see it.) If you choose this, I will contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery or collection.

RETURNS

I have a 14 day return policy as follows.

I want you to be pleased with the products and service you receive.  I also want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer.  To that end, due to the personal nature of my products, I cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty.

If goods are faulty, please make contact with me via email (contact@fragrantsoaps.co.uk) to discuss the best course of action. Your custom is important to me and I will always try to resolve any problems.

When faulty goods are returned to me following this discussion, a full refund will be made upon receipt plus I will reimburse any postage costs you have incurred. There may be occasions where I send a replacement out to you without a return. This is at my discretion and will be with your agreement.
